JOhnson City Primitive Methodist Is 

a church in the heart of Johnson City but it draws people from all around the area.  We know our church name is a bit different and might even seem concerning to you.  Please don't let it worry you!  It's an old name but its current reality is defined by the faith of the people who are part of this fellowship.

Our faith is built on the truths found in the Bible.  We place an emphasis on community and reaching out to others locally and around the world.  All are welcome to come and worship with us and seek God no matter where they might currently find themselves on life's journey.  We want to place a focus on loving God, loving each other and loving God's world.

Pastor 

Pastor Don Kidd, along with His wife Sue Kidd have been at JCPM for over 20 years. Pastor Don and Sue have a heart for local outreach as well as missions around the world. They have a vision of helping our community to be improved by blessing others through showing God’s love. They are involved in several local outreaches and also regularly travel overseas in mission related trips. They also have a heart for the members of our fellowship and strive to help us grow in our walk of faith with Jesus.

Youth Leader 

Mike and Tara Elliott 

both have been working with the youth for years. Them and their now family of 3 girls work hard having fun with our youth and teaching them the Love of God. 

Music Director

Rodney Frost. Rodney has been with the JCPM his whole live. Here he learned to love God thru Music. Now Rodney Leads Our choir and Praise Team in worship.
